Germany 09 - The journey there.

Hello there guys!!

Nice to see you all! Gran...what are you doing here?!

Anywhoo, you probably wouldn't know, but on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of December, me and some classmates (and quite a few non classmates!) all travelled to Germany, and back. If you want to know more about our little trip, then read on!

Righto, so we got to school at 8.00pm on the Friday night , with us all already tired out from school that day (i know, they made us go to school!!!) but also VERY excited for what was coming ahead of us. We soon said our goodbyes, and we were off!

Let me just say one thing to people who are going onto school trips. DON'T pack with your mum, and if you do, don't cross her AT ALL. Crikey, my mum, and apparently loads of other mums were nearlly blowing their heads off from all the stress and arguments they were creating. I was glad i was leaving the country for awhile after that!

So, we said our goodbyes, and started travelling far into the night. We were all very happy, singing along to our ipods, taking pictures, going on our phones, etc, until about , let me say, 1 o' clock in the morning, when we all basically, died.

Around this time we were getting on the eurotunnel as well, and the person who i was sitting next to, REALLY doesn't like trains. May i quote , she 'doesn't like how fast they go' and i guess it didn't help that the night before she had watched the friggin final destination movies.... when will she learn?

We missed our first eurotunnel by about 5 minutes, so we had to wait for another one, which took forever, but this meant we could catch a bit of shut-eye before we got on there. Well, apart from my friend, who was practically hyperventilating by then.

No one really got some sleep after we had boarded the eurotunnel. We were all really excited (and one person was quite nervous..) about boarding it, but that wasn't the reason why we couldn't get to sleep, oh no. The boys diagonally opposite to us were saying 'celery' and 'banana muffin' all the way there, which was a good 1 and a half hours. Seriously, i just wanting to tear a seat from the floor and chuck it at them.
